How to whitelist our email address in Hotmail

Hotmail/Microsoft Outlook email accounts often have issues receiving business email.

For best results, do all of the following:

First, in your inbox, check both the Focused and Other tabs to see if the email is there.

2. Check your Junk Email folder and if there look for the link that says "It's not junk" and click it

3. Find Safe senders and domains under the settings gear (upper right) and click

4. Under safe senders and domains click Add and enter emanddave@familytechuniversity.com. Then below under Safe mailing lists, click Add and enter emanddave@familytechuniversity.com. Hit Save lower right.

5. Our email address has been whitelisted and will skip spam check by Hotmail. If you continue to have trouble, we recommend switching to another non-microsoft email account such as Gmail.
