I love how kids are prompted to reflect on who they want to be as an adult, imagining the details of their future life... asking themselves if their current habits with technology will lead them to become the person they really want to be.

When our oldest son started asking for a phone, we began researching best practices for introducing technology to children and were met with an avalanche of alarming statistics on the negative impact of screens on kids.
